A small town deep in the mountains of Chiang Rai. Myanmar is on the other side of the mountain. I stayed at Doi Phahi Homestay! There are many cafes in this town, and you can see coffee beans drying. You can also see elderly people wearing traditional Thai costumes here and there, but they don't speak much Thai. Being deep in the mountains, the view is great. You can eat on the terrace while looking at the view, which makes you feel very happy (moo ga ta at night, porridge in the morning). It's run by a family, so the children help out and it's a very friendly place!
