Compare to the Tempur cinema i visited in Korea, of cos Tempur is better! Getha lux suite ticket comes with a side and drink. we chose buffalo wings and gyoza. quite disappointed with the service as we ordered extra drinks(tea) and cake, end up they served the cake first before our food, then our tea. when question where is the coke and Sarsi we were told to wait. afterwards someone came over and ask us to go counter and ask ourselves if our items did not come. in the dark the food finally came. Gyoza was cold outside and a little warm inside. Buffalo Wings were stone cold.. we were hungry we ate it anyway in the dark, when i try to shine a light the meat seemed pink, not sure if its uncooked or not as its too dark. The beds in the middle were 2 small sliding table which is quite obstructing. the remote adjust up and down for the back only, tried pressing the leg section up and down but doesnt work. was told to hold for more than 10 secs did as told but still only the back part moves. Not as comfy as i would like, service not as good for Lux.
