Shuanglin Temple.

Shuanglin Temple is divided into two parts: the east and the west. The west part is the temple, which is also the main part of the tour. There are three courtyards along the central axis, composed of ten halls. The front yard is the Sakyamuni Hall, Arhat Hall, Wusheng Hall, Tudi Hall, Yanluo Hall and Tianwang Hall: the middle yard is the Daxiong Hall and the two wings of the Qianfo Hall and Bodhisattva Hall; the backyard is the Niangniang Hall and Zhenyi Hall. The east part is the Zen courtyard, the sutra room, etc. In the Ming Dynasty, a tall rammed earth wall was built around the temple, with arrow slits on it, which looked like a small castle. When you visit Shuanglin Temple, you will be amazed everywhere. The "Four Great Vajras" in the Tianwang Hall are three meters high, tall and mighty; in the Sakyamuni Hall, the four walls are in the form of a series of wall sculptures, showing the life of the Buddha Sakyamuni; the Guanyin statue in the Qianfo Hall, with a calm and charming face, and a comfortable and natural posture. The Weituo statue next to Guanyin, with a deep portrayal of dual character, exaggerated deformed body shows strength, and the facial expression is highly vivid: the main statue in the Bodhisattva Hall - the Thousand-Handed Guanyin, with a variety of gestures, is very delicate and elastic.
