Northern Little Jiangnan, Changzhi Red Cliff Waterfall

Northern Little Jiangnan is originally hidden in Changzhi, Taihang Red Cliff Waterfall Scenic Area. The Red Cliff Waterfall Scenic Area is built along the Zhuozhang River, starting from Yuanyang Island in Aozhi Village in the east, and extending to Liushu Bay in Beitanche in the west, spanning a total length of 12 kilometers and crossing four villages: Aozhi, Yantuo, Chibi, and Henantan. The scenic area includes multiple attractions such as Dayu Gorge, Red Cliff Waterfall, Swan Lake, and Liushu Bay. Among them, Red Cliff Waterfall is the foremost of the 'Eight Ancient Sceneries of Pingshun.' Many mythical stories are also passed down here. After entering the scenic area, walk to tour the water-based Red Cliff Danxia, then take a sightseeing car to reach the first waterfall of Taihang. After touring around the large waterfall for about an hour, head to the bamboo raft dock to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Zhang River by bamboo raft. After reaching Happy Island by bamboo raft, take a small train back to the vicinity of the large waterfall, and finally take a black awning boat back to the parking lot.
