A cheesey experience

If you are headed to the Hunter Valley wine region, particularly Pokolbin, then take my advice and go to Hunter Belle Dairy. Getting There - head north from Sydney on the Pacific Highway following the signs for Wine Country. Address - 1616 Broke Rd, Pokolbin NSW 2320 Ambiance/Facilities - This cellar door style location has a wonderful cheese shop as well as a great cafe. Highlights - the cheese shop offers tastings and gelato while the cafe offers ala carte options for a light bite through to a full meal. Wine or Beer matching also available. But the star of the show here is the wonderful High Cheese offerings. Similar to a traditional high tea but focusing on the various types of cheeses offered by the Dairy. Avg.
