Stepping into the hotel is like stepping into a paradise forgotten by the world, with no noise or distractions, only the whispers of nature. What surprised me the most was the private beach shared by the hotel and Amanpuri. Most of the beaches in Phuket are public, so this private beach is especially precious. The parasols on the beach are neatly arranged, with just the right amount of space between them, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. Every morning, the staff carefully clean the beach, sweeping away fallen leaves and debris, leaving only the fine, soft white sand. Lying on a beach chair, with the endless blue sea in front of you and the gentle sound of the waves in your ears, the waiter will thoughtfully hand you a cool drink and help you adjust the angle of the parasol. It's so comfortable. As a great viewing spot on the west coast of Phuket, the sky is dyed a gorgeous orange-red at sunset, which is breathtakingly beautiful. The hotel is adjacent to Amanpuri, and although they have different styles, they share the same high-quality sea and beach. In your spare time, you can also take a stroll to the Aman restaurant to enjoy the food and experience a different atmosphere. The hotel, designed by Aman designer Ed Tuttle, exudes a unique aesthetic. The layout of the hotel, nestled between the mountains and the sea, allows the rooms to be scattered, so that you can enjoy the stunning sea view from both the rooms and the public areas. The most basic room type is a detached villa, which is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Every morning, I wake up to the sound of birds outside the window and go to enjoy a champagne breakfast. At night, I fall asleep sweetly in the soft bed with the goodnight cookies that were delivered. The time at The Surin is a pleasant escape from the hustle and bustle. It fulfilled all my fantasies about a vacation on an island, and I was intoxicated by the tranquility and beauty, reluctant to leave.
