We have had stayed amazing Novotel a week and without saying that, it truly great experience to accommodate such beautiful resort plus wonderful staff service mindset. The attention to details from staff was a second to none. They were Incredibly professional and helpful to our needs. Service is impeccable and location is pretty ideal for families best way to say that you find another paradise in Patong We would take so much pride in thanking you Front manager Edward also went and beyond to ensure we are well looking after.
