This time, there's a special menu that you must try 😋 Chef Ice has created all 12 courses using fresh organic ingredients from local producers in Phuket. The sauce is naturally fermented to create an umami taste, and it's used in various dishes. The first dish served is Tsukune, minced chicken meatballs with roasted soybeans. It's so delicious 😍 Next is the Yakitori, which is made from different parts of the chicken, including the organs, cartilage, heart, and meat. It's so good that you won't stop eating 😁 Then, there's the grilled Maitake mushroom with soup. Finally, the meal is completed with various pickled vegetables.
