The food at Mad Cow Restaurant is especially delicious, and Mad Cow is located on the very top floor of the main building of Pullman Phu Quoc Resort on the 9th floor. I used a Cabana Room, and it was nice that the bathroom and bed space were separated. Since I had free access to the pool, I was able to swim as much as I wanted!
