Ai Khiao Waterfall, also known as "Nam Tok Nai Khiao," is a large waterfall located in Khao Luang National Park, Thon Hong Subdistrict, Phrom Khiri District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The waterfall originates from Ai Khiao Mountain, which is part of the Khao Luang mountain range. The water cascades down through 15 tiers of rock formations, but only 9 tiers are open for visitors to explore. These include Nan Chong Sai, Nan Bang Bai, Nan Mai Phai, Nan Suea Phan, Nan Buppha Sawan, Nan Hin Kong, Nan Hua Chang, Nan Sai Kwad Lan, and Nan Fa Faed. Turn left at kilometer marker 24 and follow the road for another 5 kilometers to reach Ai Khiao Waterfall. Additional Tips The best time to visit is from late rainy season to early winter (around October to December) when the water flow is abundant and the weather is cool. Bring your own food and drinks, as there are no shops near the waterfall. This destination is ideal for family outings, as it offers safe swimming spots and a peaceful environment.
