Art, History, Legacy: A Cultural Tour of Cambodia’s National Museum

This museum in Phnom Penh showcases an impressive collection of Khmer art and artifacts. We can get a deep dive into the country’s rich and longstanding culture and history. Getting There - Hired a day tour with local tour guide and this was one of the highlights of the day. Highlights - There was a local museum guide in addition to my local tour guide to help is fully appreciate Cambodia's history and culture through the artefacts in the museum. We can see that religion played an important part in ancient time Cambodia through all the different religious sculptures.
