A must-try spot for food and coffee lovers is "Ruean Phusaya." This cafe offers both air-conditioned indoor seating and outdoor seating. They serve a variety of dishes, including single-plate meals, general Thai cuisine, coffee, and cakes. Today, we tried some of their signature dishes: the "Phusaya Pad Thai" priced at 150 THB, Tom Yum Kung Fried Rice, and Thai-style Papaya Salad with Crab. The flavors were perfectly balanced, requiring no additional seasoning, and the portions were impressively large—enough to keep us full from lunch until evening. If you're traveling from downtown Phitsanulok towards Sukhothai, the restaurant is conveniently located along the main road near Ban Krang, just before reaching the Phai Khod Don Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO). The restaurant operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. Sensing that we might get drowsy while driving, they even gave each of us a bottle of herbal inhaler as a thoughtful gesture.
