Pay respect to the 666-year-old Phra Buddha Chinnarat

Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat, or as most people call it "Wat Yai", is a first-class royal temple, a type of royal temple, built at the same time as the city was built in 1900, which was 666 years ago. However, there is no clear evidence of when this temple was built. It is home to Phra Buddha Chinnarat, a large Buddha statue in the Mara-Vijaya attitude, cast from bronze and built in the Ayutthaya period.
