#timetotravel Located alongside the main road in Phatthalung city, Wat Inthrawas is a sizable Buddhist temple that is currently undergoing construction. However, even in its unfinished state, it exudes an aura of sanctity and tranquility. The temple's grandeur is immediately evident, with a spacious compound that hints at its solemnity. Inside the temple, numerous Buddhist statues remain unpainted, lending an air of mystery to the place. While I could only capture glimpses of the interior from the outside due to the ongoing construction, the vastness of the interior and the intricacy of the sculptures were apparent. Despite being a work in progress, Wat Inthrawas already serves as an awe-inspiring Buddhist site. It radiates a sense of holiness, offering a glimpse into the profound cultural heritage of Thai Buddhism. As the temple nears completion, it promises to become an even more magnificent religious destination, attracting visitors and pilgrims alike to experience its sacred ambiance and exquisite artwork.
