Pratumnak Beach

#pattayatrip As far as beaches in Pattaya go, I'd say this is one of the better ones. Generally not too busy, chairs with parasols available that cost 100 baht per person. There's also fruit and drink stalls at the beach, a toilet (costs 10 baht), and a kitchen where you can order a meal or snack to enjoy as you take in the sun and sea. The water is quite calm, no real waves, this beach is definitely NOT for surfers. There are some rocks on either side of the beach if you are feeling adventurous, but careful not to cut yourself on the sharp edges! I have seen the sunset from this beach a couple of times, and must say that it is a great view to see it set into the horizon of the water line, the colours of the sky and water are spectacular. Final note: this beach's sand isn't the fine, white kind of sand, nor is the water bright, clear blue. The sand is a little darker and more coarse, and the water has a green tinge to it, welcome to Pattaya!
