Le Bon Bock, the oldest restaurant in Montmartre. I went to a restaurant where I could taste delicious snail dishes, duck confit, and absinthe made in a traditional way. When eating escargots (snail dish), it was hard to just take out the meat, but it was in harmony with basil, and the pickled duck meat (Confit de Carnard) was soft and melted. ㅠ However, the French-style sundae (Boudin noir) tasted like blood sundae, but the flavor was strong, so I only tasted it. After the meal, I ordered absinthe.
