#EuropeanTravel 📍Shakespeare & Company 💁🏻‍♀️If you've seen the Ile de la Cité with the Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, you shouldn't miss this place either! ➰When traveling to Paris, I always think of the small shops in each alley as museums, and this Shakespeare & Company bookstore is no exception. ➰Ernest Hemingway's favorite place / A 100-year-old bookstore loved by modern and contemporary British and American literature masters It first opened in 1919, so I say more😉?? ➰Even if you don't buy books, the old and cramped bookstore is filled with books and the smell of books. If you climb the creaky wooden stairs, you'll come across a piano in a corner of the second floor (sometimes it's under repair, but it's often open for anyone to play).
