Unique French Cuisine in Paris

We wanted to try some special French dishes in Paris. We had the mixed grilled intestines and potatoes in a pot with goat cheese, and duck confit with roasted baby potatoes. Everything was delicious, especially the potatoes, perfectly cooked. I didn’t know that the French is like Chinese, they will pretty much eat every part of a pig or cow. The restaurant provides a calm and peaceful ambiance. The service was also excellent. Overall, a nice dining experience. #tripblazers #paris
