Le Cinq 📍31 Avenue George V, 75008 Paris, France Le Cinq was the most satisfying Michelin-starred meal I had in Paris. We went for lunch and ordered the four-course lunch set, which was about €150 per person and took around three hours to enjoy. The experience started with some small appetizers and champagne. One of the first dishes featured three green pieces in the center of a white plate, layered over a jelly-like base. The small white pieces had a refreshing crunch, with an incredibly delicate texture—quite a unique start! Spiced Crab with creamy cauliflower This first course was outstanding. The foamy layer on top was signature Michelin style, and the crab meat underneath had a subtle spiciness without any hint of fishiness—a very refined dish. Grilled White Asparagus with thyme and lemon broth The next course featured white asparagus, which the server noted was in peak season in Paris. The asparagus was wonderfully fresh, enhanced by thyme and lemon, adding depth to the mild flavors. A simple dish, yet exceptionally well-prepared. Cod with garden rocket leaves and parmesan waffles The cod was served with arugula and parmesan waffles—a light, clean, and refreshing course. The fish was incredibly fresh and tender, easy to cut, and full of flavor when combined with the sauce beneath.
