Khao Yai Isan Restaurant received a Michelin award ⭐️✨

Today, the traffic is so bad!!! When we arrived in Khao Yai at around 19:00, we looked for a restaurant that was still open and found this one. I saw many people recommending it on Lemon8, so I followed it!!! At first, I didn't know it had won a Michelin award 😂 So I didn't expect much!!! I just wanted a parking spot. But when I got there, it was like 10/10/10, no deductions!!! 📍 Jam Khao Restaurant (Khao Yai) ⏰ Open every day from 9:00 to 21:00. 🚗 There's a lot of parking!!! It's super convenient. The alley is a bit narrow, but it's not too difficult to drive in. 🪑 Let's start with the overall atmosphere. The restaurant is sooo beautiful, everyone. It's beautiful from the outside to the inside. Even when we went at night, it was beautiful. If we came during the day, it would definitely be even more beautiful. The outside is minimalist, simple, and clean (when we first walked in, we were talking about eating omakase 🤣). When we entered the restaurant, it was even more beautiful!!! The red tables are really beautiful. The contrast with the tiles is so bright. It follows all the rules of eating Isaan food, lol. There are a lot of tables, not too close together, and there are zones. It doesn't feel stuffy at all. It's airy and easy on the eyes. 💧Next up is the cleanliness of the tables, plates, and glasses. They're super clean and well-arranged. Most importantly, there's no bad smell in the shop at all!!! 🙇🏻♀️ Next up is the staff. They're super cute. They provide great service and give good recommendations. They can answer any questions you ask and they're very friendly. 🍲 Let's end with the food in the picture. The menu names may not be exact, but that's about it. Honestly, I'm impressed with everything. I ate 6 dishes and liked everything. Nothing special. ✨ The Luang Prabang papaya salad and the pork sausage salad are amazing. The papaya is very crispy and the flavors are well-rounded. If you love fermented fish, you won't be disappointed. ✨ The grilled pork neck is very well-rounded. It's marinated very well and isn't too fatty. It tends to be a bit dry, but it's okay. ✨ The liver with garlic is 10/10/10. If you love liver, this is a must-order. The liver is the right size, marinated well, not fishy at all, not tough, and cooked just right. The garlic is a bit sweet, but it's still very delicious. ✨ The grilled pork neck waterfall is okay, but there are a few herbs. It's hard to find pork 55555 But pork is still delicious✨ Stir-fried instant noodles, I can't remember the name, stir-fried instant noodles behind the school or something, it's sooo delicious!!! Eating it makes me think of my mom's cooking 555 Very well-rounded, not soggy, not mushy, the noodles are just right, but they add canned clams, it's weird but delicious. 💸 I forgot to mention the price, if you eat a basic menu like this, it's not expensive at all. All 6 dishes cost only a little over 900, which is okay, but there are also menus that are really great, juicy, like fresh shrimp, salmon, beef, etc. The price is a little higher, but it's really delicious!!!
