DMZ tour to the Demilitarized Zone

We took a tour booked through KONEST. We gathered in Seoul at 6:30, the temperature was -12℃🥶 We boarded a large tour bus, splitting into an English tour at the front and a Japanese tour at the back🚌 First, we went to Imjingak Park. The temperature was -13℃🥶 We arrived before 9am to register for entry into the DMZ, and the tour conductors of each group used chairs to reserve places in order for the line. That's why we had such an early meeting time of 6:30. While waiting for the registration time, we split into English tour and Japanese tour and listened to an explanation of the things in Imjingak Park. We registered at 9am, the tour participants waited while the tour conductors took everyone's passports and submitted them, and we started our turn around 10:30am. On the tour, we were put on a different, larger bus🚌 There was a passport check by military personnel when entering the DMZ. It was the same uniform I saw in Paper House Korea a while ago 😳 First, we went to the third tunnel. After watching the video and the exhibit, we went down the tunnel. It was longer than I expected, and everyone had a painful look on their face lol Then we went to the observation deck. I asked if it was okay to take pictures of North Korea 🇰🇵, and they said it was okay 🤳 There were places along the way where you couldn't take pictures, so I don't really understand the difference lol By this time, it was about 1℃ and it was warm (it felt warm because it was too cold in the morning 😂) Then, at the end, they stopped at a souvenir shop. I bought souvenirs while eating the famous bean ice cream? After that, we went back to Imjingak park and changed buses to go back to Seoul 🚌 We got off at three places: Hongdae, Gwangsamun, and Myeongdong There were many places where photography was not allowed, so just to be safe, the photos we used were mostly models 🤳 #dmz #Seoul #KoreaTrip #Korea #Myeongdong #Hongdae
