The pagoda was built in an unknown period. It is located on a high hill. The area of Wat Phra That Mae Nam Yen is quiet and peaceful. It is suitable for viewing the scenery of Pai District in full. The best time to visit is in the morning and at sunset. There is no record of the history of Wat Phra That Mae Yen when it was built. Inside the temple grounds, there is only a church and a white bell-shaped pagoda with a round base, approximately 3 meters high. It is outstanding with a Burmese-style umbrella on top. Tourists like to travel up to see and pay homage. #Waiting for the day to depart
