[Mount Ontake] 🇯🇵One of Japan's 100 famous mountains

🏖️Overview: Mt. Ontake is an independent peak ⛰️ with an altitude of 3067 meters that straddles Nagano Prefecture and Gifu Prefecture. It is the 14th highest mountain in Japan and the second highest independent mountain after Mt. Fuji. As a sacred mountain that has long been the object of mountain worship 🙏, it is crowded with many climbers and ascetic monks in white robes carrying long sticks 🧑🦯. 🗓️Itinerary: Day 1 Here we go, Mt. Ontake ⛰️ We plan to eat at Ishimuro Sanso, where we plan to stay at the ninth station, at 6 pm. When I called ☎️ to make a reservation, I was recommended to stay at the women's hut at the eighth station, but since I said I would try my best to get to the top 😉 on time, I hurriedly started climbing 🥾. Anyway, I climbed with all my heart. After passing the women's hut at the eighth station, the rain started to trickle 🌧️. Gradually the rain started pouring down. The view was clear behind us and the weather was fine, but the rain was falling in front of us. The ground was slippery and I was angry at what was happening! As I was climbing, I saw a bird in front of me. The moment I thought, "It's a ptarmigan!!", it flew away. Ah. Anyway, I arrived at the inn safely. The staff were worried and used binoculars to check that I was climbing properly. Day 2 This is an inn above the clouds. I was able to see the sunrise🌄 from my room. I could also see Mt. Fuji🗻. After eating at 6 o'clock, we set off at 7! First, we headed for Kengamine. The weather was fine and we could see the Southern Alps. We could see Mt. Fuji👀. We arrived at Kengamine and quietly put our hands together at the memorial. We could see the Northern Alps. I was so moved❗️🥺.
