Sayamaike Museum

If you're planning to visit the Chikatsu Asuka Museum, also operated by Osaka Prefecture, I highly recommend stopping by the Sayamaike Museum as well. I managed to slip in just before closing time. This museum is also designed by Tadao Ando, and admission is free.
