5 days and 4 nights in Kyoto and Osaka ✨ including Universal Studios

Day 1: First arrived in Kyoto, taste Sukiyaki🥩 After landing at Kansai Airport, head straight to the Haruka Line to Kyoto (remember to buy your ticket in advance! The journey takes about 80 minutes). After dropping off our luggage at the hotel, we headed straight to "モリタ屋 (Shijo Inokuma Main Store)" to eat sukiyaki! It is strongly recommended to make an appointment in advance. The tender beef is covered with egg liquid. You will feel happy after taking a bite. Start your gourmet journey directly~ Day 2: Take a leisurely tour of Arashiyama and enjoy delicious eel🍱 Buy a sandwich at the breakfast convenience store to fill your stomach, then take the train straight to Arashiyama! Visit Tianlong Temple and the bamboo forest trail, and any photo you take will be as beautiful as a painting. Have lunch at the scenic spot at noon, and then slowly stroll around the commercial street in the afternoon. There are so many specialty shops and snacks, you will never get tired of shopping there! In the evening, I went to "Tanyaki Unafuji (8th floor of Daimaru Kyoto Bettei)" to eat eel rice. The soft and tender eel was spread on the hot rice, and it was so delicious! Day 3: Strolling in Kyoto, shopping in Osaka🛍️ Have a quick breakfast at McDonald's and check in at Kiyomizu-dera Temple! On the way, you can buy Gokago Matcha ice cream, which is refreshing and delicious. Walk slowly along Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka to Yasaka Shrine, then visit Gion. Remember to pay attention to the business hours when buying pudding! After visiting Kamogawa, take the new Special Rapid to Osaka! When we arrived, we had lunch at Kyoto Katsugyu Nan Senba (inside the station), checked into the Sanrriott Hotel, and then went on a shopping spree in Shinsaibashi and Umeda in the afternoon! Be sure to pay attention to the tax refund and shopping mall closing times, don’t miss the opportunity to shop online! Day 4: Enjoy Universal Studios Osaka🎢 Get your breakfast sandwich at the convenience store and get a Mario ticket before entering Universal Studios! Scan the QR code as soon as you enter the park to make a restaurant reservation~ Harry Potter and Forbidden Journey and Hollywood Dream Ride are must-sees! Replenish your energy at Kinopio's Café at noon, and be sure to return to the Harry Potter park in the evening to watch the light show and interact with NPCs, which is super immersive! After playing, go back to Shinsaibashi to eat Okonomiyaki. Many stores only accept cash, so remember to prepare in advance~ Day 5: Return shopping 🛫 Take the bus from Shinsaibashi DOTON PALZA to the airport (remember to reserve 1,800 yen for your Suica card!), and arrive at the airport 3 hours in advance to buy souvenirs!
