🥢 Sukiyaki Fujimoto (@fujimoto_sukiyaki) 📍 Horie, Osaka (1 minute walk from Yotsubashi Station) This time, I ordered Lunch-only domestic pork shabu-shabu (1100 yen) ️📝 It was hot, so I went for a light shabu-shabu instead of sukiyaki. The hot pot is for one person. The shabu-shabu set came with meat, assorted vegetables, udon, rice (you can have unlimited refills lol) and pickles. The meat is cut after you order🙏 The shabu-shabu came with ponzu sauce, but it's recommended to eat it with dashi! There was also yuzu pepper and shichimi, so you can choose your preference✨ They add as much dashi as you want, so it's delicious and you can drink it all🙆♀️ Domestic pork is soft and goes well with the delicious dashi! I like to add yuzu pepper. The vegetable platter is full of green onions, chrysanthemum, tofu, gluten, yuba, enoki mushrooms, and more. It's more than enough. There are about 8 slices of meat, so you'll be satisfied!
