One of the top three cherry blossom viewing spots in the world, the ultimate guide to Turtle Head Isle

🌸💮 As the end of March approaches, the cherry blossom season arrives. On the banks of Taihu Lake, the cherry blossoms fluttering on the corridors create an ultimate scenic beauty that makes one linger and forget to return 💕😍. 🎆 The ideal cherry blossom viewing route: 1⃣ Starting from the Chongshan Gate: Step through the hidden beauty of Chongshan, stroll through the Cherry Blossom Valley... visit the Jiangnan Orchid Garden, cross the Changchun Bridge, view the spring waves of Turtle Isle, admire the snow-like waves, and pay respects at the Guangfu Temple. 2⃣ Entering the park from the Dushan Gate: The view is all about Changchun Bridge-Cherry Blossom Valley (note the counterclockwise tour, some comments indicate that the Dushan Gate is now closed to the public). ❗ The scenic area opens at 8:00 every day, and whether you take a bus or a taxi, you will face traffic congestion. If you want to take pictures with fewer people, be sure to set off early 😉. 🎆 The cherry blossoms at night are even more unmissable! Starting at 17:00 every day, Turtle Head Isle Park will initiate a second ticket check system for entering the night cherry blossom area. LED lights shining on the cherry blossoms create a dazzling effect, casting a mysterious color in the darkness (hopefully the lights are not too purple, sometimes the lighting can be a bit gloomy) 💡. 🌸 If you have plenty of time, you can enjoy a full day in the park, and the night cherry blossom area is suitable for a detailed appreciation. Although there is a second ticket check, some visitors have reported that they were able to enjoy the night cherry blossom area without being checked again. If you only have the precious weekend, and don't want to spend too much time in the park, you can refer to our itinerary: Buy a night cherry blossom ticket on-site at 20:00 on Saturday evening, when most visitors are planning to leave, fewer people and you can enjoy the cherry blossoms (⚠ note that the lights in the park go out at 22:00). The next day, you can get up early again, buy a ticket and enter the park to enjoy the cherry blossoms. 📷 Photo tips: First, wearing light-colored clothing will make you stand out more 😉, and it would be even better if you could bring a small stool or ladder. Second, if there are too many tourists, you can ask a friend to squat down and shoot upwards, so that your photo with the cherry blossoms will have more visual impact 💮. 🈲 Please avoid using drones, as they are prohibited in the park and can easily get caught in the branches, so it's better to be cautious.
