Here are some dishes we ordered: - Escargot: Sauteed with garlic butter, served with mushroom, spinach, and smoked duck breast. Initially, I thought it would taste like sliced beef, but it didn't feel like duck. It was delicious; the escargot was tender and one of the best I've had. - Spaghetti Cacio E Peppe: Truffle-infused, but the truffle flavor was not very bold and a bit milky for my taste and my friends'. This was our least favorite among all the dishes ordered. - Dinamite Pizza: Includes spicy tomato sauce, crispy pork belly, spicy salami, mozzarella, and Parmigiana. Overall, it was tasty in terms of flavor and composition. The pork belly was genuinely crispy, although the edges were a bit dry and slightly burnt. - Dolcetto: Consists of tiramisu, profiteroles, crispy waffles, and Nutella sauce. With these components, it's hard to imagine it not being delicious. Before serving, they poured Nutella sauce over it and added crispy waffles. The tiramisu was delicious and perfectly balanced in flavor, melting in the mouth. The choux pastry on top filled with cream was also delightful.
