Of course, it is also accompanied by warm and considerate service. Every time I dine at the restaurant, it's for the hairy beef tripe, thousand-layer tripe, yellow throat, crispy pork and Wanglaoji, because currently in Taichung, the only restaurant with the most consistent portion size, price and quality is Haidilao. Most of the braised tripe and tendons served at other hotpot restaurants are of very different quality. In addition, the fruits and side dishes in the condiment area are also great. The fruits are fresh, juicy and sweet, and the side dishes mainly include smoked tofu skin and shredded burdock, as well as a wide variety of ingredients and seasonings that can be freely matched. I personally think the rice is okay. Overall, dining at Haidilao gives people a very comfortable feeling. To me, it is not just a hotpot restaurant but a restaurant.
