#celebrateit I discovered Albano through Instagram and was drawn in by its unique, foreign-inspired design. Even though it was a long drive, I went alone to explore. I arrived right at opening, but by 11 AM, the place was packed—even on a weekday! The spicy pollack roe pasta was flavorful, balancing the creamy and spicy notes perfectly. The portions were huge—a bit too much for one person, but it was so good that I finished it all.
