Wat Pa Khlong 11, Pathum Thani, a beautiful temple near Bangkok, or as many people call it, Wat Kham Chanod 2, because it is similar to Wat Pa Kham Chanod in Udon Thani Province. It is believed that Wat Pa Khlong 11 has a Naga guarding it, just like Wat Pa Kham Chanod, which makes locals and tourists continuously visit to pay homage and ask for blessings. The highlight of the temple is the giant Naga statue located in the wooden chapel in the middle of the pond. The wooden chapel in the middle of the pond is also beautiful and is believed to have been built more than ten years ago. The principal Buddha image in the chapel is Luang Pho Nak Prok Kaew Manee Choti. In addition, the temple is full of large trees, quiet and shady, and is also a place for people to practice meditation. Wat Pa Khlong 11 also has another important activity, which is Vipassana meditation for those who come to practice meditation. Because it is peaceful and shady, we will see male and female lay devotees dressed in white walking around the temple and practicing meditation.
