Saraque Oak Park, home to numerous giant Buddha and Naga statues

I saw some blogs where people got lost, but if you turn left off the wide public road and follow the road to the left, you will arrive at the parking lot at the entrance to the park in a few minutes by car. Please do not turn into the narrow alleys on the way. Google Maps is slightly off in Nong Khai, so I recommend using Grab after understanding the general location. You can also call a tuk-tuk from a hotel, but it is generally expensive. It costs 20B to enter the park, or 10B for Thai people. If you buy a small loaf of bread for 20B, you can feed catfish and carp in the pond (there are many) inside (tam bun). There is also a tam bun where live eels and shellfish are released into the pond, which costs 50-200B. There are huge Buddha statues and other things all over the park, so go for a walk. Nong Khai itself does not have many tourist attractions, but it is a relaxing and fun town to stay in for one night if you are going to Vientiane, Laos by land via Udon Thani, or if you are returning from Vientiane to Udon Thani. #WinterTrip #Christmas #CoupleTrip #OverseasTrip
