Cycle through the spectacular and hidden historical sites of Ninh Binh in northern Vietnam!

Ninh Binh is a day trip away from Hanoi, about 2 hours by bus one way. Ninh Binh was the capital of Vietnam 1000 years ago, and many historical heritage sites remain today. I applied for an English tour at the hotel. (VND1320000/as of July 2024) In the morning, a bus picked me up at the hotel. It took 2 hours to go to Ninh Binh. It was nice that I could get water, but I recommend bringing one with you! (It was hot and not enough lol) We were the only Japanese there. ① Hoa Lu Ruins (photos 2-5) It is said that the first and second kings are enshrined in the first capital of Vietnam. Women are told to cover themselves with shorts, just like in European churches, and can borrow cloth. (photo 5) The dragon head carved in the "Dragon Garden" in front of the main hall where the second emperor sleeps is carved from a single green stone and is worth seeing. (4th photo) For English tours, it's more enjoyable if you do some preparation beforehand. ② Cycling after lunch 🚲 Cycling through Trang An was optional! By the way, the bicycle saddle was too high, so even when I sat at the lowest position, my feet couldn't reach the ground lol (height 157cm) The scenery was like a watercolor painting, and I was moved by the wonderful scenery! ③ Boat tour through the valley We were 5 people on a 4-person boat, and it was a little sunk lol As expected of Vietnam. They don't care if the number of people is over 😂 Trang An Valley, known as the filming location for King Kong. The valley looks different in shape, and the 9th photo in particular looks like a phoenix, making it a famous spot 🐦🔥 ④ Mua Cave Even though it's a cave, it's actually a mountain climb ⛰️ You have to climb about 700 steps to see the spectacular view. But these steps are just too tough...! The heights are all different and it's difficult to climb...! When you get to the top, the view is spectacular! And the wind is strong! My sweat disappeared and I was impressed by the wide view! I also climbed to the other side shown in the 13th photo⛰️ There is a dragon at the highest point, but there were too many people and I was wearing sandals so it was too dangerous, so I gave up🥲 I want to go there next time. I went down to the bottom and took the bus back. By this point, the tour members had become friendly with each other, so we got off at our hotels or wherever we wanted to go, saying "See you later~~".
