This Chongzuo hotel showed me the poetic landscape and sunset

The natural scenery of Guangxi always awakens a deep yearning for the traditional Chinese blue-green landscape paintings. As part of the journey to explore the world heritage Huashan rock paintings, the Shengmei Resort Hotel located in Ningming County also left an unforgettable memory for this trip!! The hotel is situated in the hot spring resort area of Ningming County, only 5 kilometers away from the Huashan rock painting scenic area. The hotel adopts the architectural style of white walls and black tiles typical of southern Anhui residential buildings, and it is perched on a hill, with mountains on one side and a river on the other, forming a picturesque landscape painting in itself. The discovery of this hotel was accidental. After visiting the Huashan rock paintings in the afternoon and walking towards the county town, I happened to pass by the hotel. A turn of the head immediately attracted me to the pine tree in front of the door. Under the orange sunset, the rippling water surface perfectly reflected the graceful pine tree. Near the riverside viewing platform, looking at the mountains and rivers under the sunset, the feeling was truly indescribably beautiful. The interior layout of the hotel is designed in a new Chinese style, with clear circulation paths, appropriately placed pools, and just the right amount of plant embellishments, all bringing a sense of classical and modern courtyard culture. The rooms are equally surprising. According to the staff, the wooden structures in the rooms are all moved from ancient residences, so although the rooms are small, they have a strong rustic flavor. The hotel has a total of 43 rooms, each with a bath that connects directly to the underground hot spring source, allowing guests to easily experience the hot springs within the resort area without leaving their rooms, which is one of the hotel's selling points. In addition, it is said that the hotel also offers some health retreat experiences and boat tours of the Huashan rock paintings.
