Please tell me why the hotel at Lugu Lake is so comfortable!!

I was recommended this hidden gem of a hotel by a friend!! I fell in love with it the moment I arrived~ I really love the atmosphere here😍 Just one look outside and there's Lugu Lake!! I just can't bring myself to leave~ I want to stay here and enjoy to the fullest!! The service here is spot on~ The hotel has a shuttle to pick you up and bring you to the hotel They also offer thoughtful luggage service and warm tea service when you arrive☺️ The facilities and toiletries in the room are all very upscale My friend has been raving about them after using them!! My absolute favorite is their third-floor terrace!! Enjoying afternoon tea while taking in the view of Lugu Lake It's just too delightful!!
