Zheng's Seventeenth Mansion

It covers an area of 60,000 square meters, with an existing construction area of over 40,000 square meters. Most of them were built during the Qianlong to Guangxu years of the Qing Dynasty. Outside the group wall, the wall river surrounds the city, with green water and drooping willows, every family has a port, there are bridges around, there are streets in the house, and there are markets in the streets. The architecture has the style of the Jiangnan water town, and also has the layout structure of the palace. The central axis and the horizontal axis are very obvious. After the expansion of the past dynasties, the architectural scale is magnificent, the craftsmanship is exquisite, the painted beams and flying eaves, the fine carving. The mansion also retains the woodcut handwriting of the Qianlong year's Chengqin Wang's handwritten inscription 'Qishui Yanbo Half Contains Spring Color'.
