The museum building is located at the foot of the mountain adjacent to the road, with a small piece of green land as a buffer between the road and the building to the southeast, and the segmented building body cuts into the slope to form a semi-enclosed space to the northwest; The building plan is like an incomplete fan, unfolding from the southeast corner to the northwest; the facade is fully wrapped in corrugated aluminum panels, simplifying the skin material to the extreme; the overall appearance is slightly iron-gray black, presenting multiple colors from dark black to silver gray due to changes in light angle and perspective; a row of long glass windows at the bottom of the building, like a white base holding up the black box above; the openings of three different functions at the bottom are restrained in scale, hidden in location, and can only be seen by walking further into the alley between the building and the slope. The internal space structure can be roughly divided into three vertical levels, the entrance hall is on the first floor (the outermost layer of the fan), the machine room, warehouse, assembly, office, as well as the elevator room, bathroom and other auxiliary spaces are all within this band, the space is very compact; the second floor is mainly for the exhibition halls of each floor, which is the most important part; the triangular area of the third floor is the colorful chapter of the space The continuous tour ramp surrounds the full-height "patio", two light tubes that penetrate the entire patio, 24 meters long and only 0.25 meters in diameter, like a light column hanging in the air, the strong presence makes people involuntarily follow them, looking up at the skylight, looking down at the "deep valley"; In contrast to the vertical light columns, the light tubes in the transition space and the exhibition hall extend horizontally parallel to the ceiling, as if to break through the wall and reach the infinite distance, but they are pulled back by the shortest one, guiding the direction of the audience's wandering, stopping and watching. The ramp space facade is set with various openings, the space shape changes constantly during the walking process, the natural light from the skylight and the pure artificial lighting merge to form various gray levels between the wall and the block, making the pure white space have an exceptionally rich visual effect. The underground floor can see the outer window, the "interlayer" formed by the overlap of the internal opening and the outer window creates a sense of depth, invisibly expanding the distance from the external space
