I went to a shop called "little M. -COFFEE AND SNACK-" in Minamiuonuma City, Niigata! 📍240-1 Nagamori, Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture It was a cute cafe from the building! There were tofu muffins left, and I bought one that combined my favorite flavors, matcha, white chocolate, and strawberry! The latte and muffin were so delicious that I stopped by to buy one as a souvenir on the way home, and I was able to get the last muffin! They are particular about the ingredients, and the muffins are made without butter, eggs, milk, or refined sugar, so they were very delicious!
