Enjoy Yabusoba in Niigata City

It is a fashionable area with an arcade, cafes and select shops. This restaurant is located in the restaurant district just past Furumachi-dori. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it seemed to be bustling with customers. The soba noodles are Yabusoba, and although they also have the regular menu, I had the seasonal tomato soba. The soba noodles are based on tomato sauce and topped with deep-fried zucchini and other vegetables. It had a very elegant taste. #Niigata #NiigataGourmet #Gourmet
