Trip to Nice 🇫🇷

When we first arrived we explored the Old Town (Vieux Nice). This famous seafront promenade was constructed in the 1820s and is a symbol of Nice. It offered stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. 📍 Promenade des Anglais, 06000 Nice, France We then visited Castle Hill (Colline du Château).Although the castle itself no longer stands, Castle Hill provides panoramic views of Nice, the port, and the Baie des Anges. It also features beautiful gardens and a waterfall. 📍 Rue des Ponchettes, 06300 Nice, France We also wandered through the narrow, winding streets filled with colorful buildings, lively markets, and historic churches like the Nice Cathedral. We then visited the most famous restaurant, La Petite Maison. We ordered the Provençal Ratatouille and their famous "Le Poulet" (chicken) which was so delicious and we just love it. The price was considered affordable as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 📍 11 Rue Saint-François de Paule, 06300 Nice, France - **Recommended Dish:** We also visited Marc Chagall National Museum that was opened in 1973, this museum houses a substantial collection of works by the artist Marc Chagall, including his famous Biblical Message series. 📍 Avenue Docteur Ménard, 06000 Nice, France We also explored the Matisse Museum that is located in a 17th-century villa, the museum showcases the works of Henri Matisse, who spent a considerable part of his life in Nice. We also explored the Place Masséna. It is the main square of Nice, featuring beautiful architecture and vibrant atmosphere. It’s definitely a perfect place for an evening stroll. 📍 164 Avenue des Arènes de Cimiez, 06000 Nice, France We also visited my the most pretty Russian Orthodox Cathedral (Église Russe Saint-Nicolas). It is also known as Saint Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral, is an architectural gem in Nice. It was built in the early 20th century at the request of Tsar Nicholas II, to serve the large Russian community that resided in the city during the winter months. The cathedral's design is inspired by Russian Byzantine architecture, featuring vibrant onion domes and intricate mosaics. It's a unique cultural landmark that offers a glimpse into Nice's cosmopolitan history. 📍Avenue Nicolas II, 06000 Nice, France Overall, Nice was a very beautiful city to visit and the people there were all very nice and we really love it 😍 #vacation #trip #getaway
