Visited the Historical Museum in Ellis Island

#newyorktrip 📍Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration Ellis Island Bridge, Jersey Island, NJ, United States Interesting museum to visit after visiting Liberty Island (Statue of Liberty) before heading back to Manhattan. This is the second stop on the ferry from New York City, and you can choose to hop off the ferry to visit this island or not, depending on the time available. We spent around 30minutes here, but it’s not enough to cover everything. There is a lot to see here, the museum provides information on how immigrants came to America in the past, why are they immigrating to America, a lot of figures and timelines being shown. Great historical museum that’s worth a visit! You will have to plan ahead as there is a timing of the last ferry to board from Liberty Island to Ellis Island.
