First time boarding ANA's latest business class🎖️ Boarding month: July 2023 Airline: ANA Flight/route: NH159 JFK→HND Aircraft: B777-300ER / JA785A Seat: Business class The latest business class of ANA B77W, which was scheduled to debut in July 2020, is called "THE ROOM"✨ The time has finally come to board🙌 The seats are arranged in a 1-2-1 configuration. All seats are private rooms, and it is a high-quality space, so I was able to board and experience the comfort for myself! I think it is definitely the best quality of any business class I have ever flown in😉 Each seat is about 2.5 windows. The seats are spacious, and it's difficult to move around during takeoff and landing because you have to wear a seat belt that goes across your shoulder, just like in a car, but apart from that, it's a level that I can't complain about 🙆‍♂️ I feel like I was able to appreciate the relaxation space even more on the late-night flight I took this time. The monitor screen was also large and beautiful! I even wanted to look at the default lavender field🪻 screen😆 The storage space next to the screen was equipped with a mirror, and the power and USB terminals were also concentrated here, so it was highly functional and easy to use. The fully flat seats have plenty of width, and they may be more comfortable than first class🤔 The doors even close properly◎ Thanks to this, I was able to get a good night's rest, and I was able to wake up in good spirits after arriving in Japan✨ The amenities were a Globetrotter pouch & L'Occitane series🌱 I sometimes get surprised because I can't choose the color of the pouch, but this time it was blue, so that was good. Before arriving in Japan, the flight attendant in charge gave me a small gift of origami and a wooden rolling airplane 🎁 And a big feature of THE ROOM is that it has rear-facing seats ☝️ Odd numbers are rear-facing (the direction of travel is behind you), even numbers are forward-facing (the general direction), so if you have a preference, be sure to check when reserving your seat! ⚠️Points to note about window seats⚠️ - Rear-facing seats are closer to the window, forward-facing seats are closer to the aisle. If you want to enjoy the view from the window until takeoff and landing, I recommend a rear-facing seat 💡 In fact, I chose a rear-facing seat this time, and in my personal opinion, there was no particular discomfort during the flight and a rear-facing seat is absolutely fine 🤔 - Some seats do not have two windows.
