Lombardi's Pizza, Nolita, New York

We had been walking for awhile and it was our last night visiting NYC so we had to get some pizza. We googled close places and Lombardi’s popped up. It also said it was the first pizzeria in the US…added bonus for the history factor! The Caesar salad is shareable and was fresh and crisp. We ordered the pizza with ricotta, meatballs, and basics. Excellent pizza!! Loved the crust! Only two small complains - First, server wasn’t great. He rarely came to the table and we had to find him for the check. Second, no refills on tea? $3 for a tiny cup of ice tea that isn’t refillable? Who does that now days? Not a biggie overall, just a comment.
