#TaiwanTravel After returning from Tianyuan Temple, get off the bus at Tam Sui Railway Station, walk through the park and the Tam Sui River viewpoint, and you will find the Tamsui Ferryboat Wharf to the other side of the river. The ferry fare is only a few dozen Taiwan dollars per person, and after about 15 minutes on the boat, you will arrive at Bali Ferryboat Wharf, Taiwan. Although it is a mud beach like the mouth of a river in general, the landscape here has been beautifully renovated and is a great place for city people to relax. There are photo spots, check-in spots, a riverside walkway, a garden, a lawn, a place to sit and sip coffee by the water, and a cool breeze to walk and relax. It's so relaxing. If you want to do activities, there are bicycles for rent. If you are a foodie, there are seafood restaurants, snack shops, cafes, coffee shops, and ice cream shops to accommodate your every need. I bought a box of Shushi and drinks from Tamsui Railway Station, so I sat down to enjoy the cool breeze, eat mixed rice balls, and delicious soju... You can have fun alone in the "going solo with a backpack and not going home" style. This place is in New Taipei. Travel from Taipei Main Station by the red line to the end of the line. Then take a ferry across the river. It is on the same route as Beito, a famous hot spring resort in Taiwan. I recommend a trip to Tianyuan Temple, Tamsui, and Beito in one day using the Red Line MRT.
