Farol da Nazaré (Nazaré Lighthouse) is a true surfing mecca! 🌊🏄♂️ This is a famous place where you can see world-class big waves. Especially in winter (October to March), surfers gather to ride huge waves and surfing competitions are held. Inside the lighthouse, there is an exhibition showing the huge waves and surfing history of Nazaré, so it is fun to look around. The view of Praia do Norte (Norte Beach) from the lighthouse is also spectacular! You can observe big waves here. The wind blows strongly, but you can feel the magnificent atmosphere.
