Recommended soba in Nasu-Shiobara

I went there around 12pm on a weekday and was able to get in right away. I recommend going on weekdays as there was a line when I saw it on the weekend. You can choose between the slightly sweet and smooth Santsuki soba, or the chewy and satisfying Inaka soba. I like chewy noodles, so I went for the Inaka soba Tenmori soba for 1,600 yen (tax included). The noodles are chewy and delicious! The tempura is an amazing amount of egg, shrimp, whiting, lotus root, butterbur sprouts, pumpkin, sweet potato, and kakiage! It was so filling that I had to be determined to finish it all. I also like the fact that the tea is soba tea. Not only was the food great, but the atmosphere of the restaurant and the service were also great.
