| Every season is beautiful. 🌹 I've been visiting parks that interest me one after another, and I'll temporarily wrap things up with Zhongshan Botanical Garden in Zijin Mountain. Zhongshan Botanical Garden, also known as the Institute of Botany of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is divided into the South Garden and the North Garden. It is a kingdom of plants relying on the city walls and facing the Qianhu Lake. It is also a research and science education base, preserving more than 12,000 kinds of plants [42], including more than 100 kinds of rare and endangered plants. 🌼 Why is it Zhongshan instead of Zhongshan? The reason is: it was originally the Prime Minister's Cemetery Memorial Botanical Garden, built to commemorate the great revolutionary pioneer Sun Zhongshan. To this day, the bust of Mr. Sun at the entrance still stands. 💐 In the European-style rose garden, the flowers bloom one after another, and the fragrance is everywhere. The inner beauty can withstand the occasional coolness of the world; in late autumn every year, the red maple hill is full of mountains, the mountains are far away, and the sky is cold. More than just red maple, bonsai, pine, plum... Duoyoufang and Yin Qiaomu, wind, frost, ice and snow, show a delicate and beautiful appearance, and the scenery of the four seasons is all lovely. 🌈 Personal recommendation: 🪷 Aquatic Botanical Garden: Reconstructed from the "Lotus Garden", more than 300 kinds of emergent, submerged, and floating aquatic plants other than lotus flowers construct this underwater forest here. It is also an excellent place to enjoy lotuses in summer. "Ancient Chinese Lotus", "Thousand-Petaled Lotus", "American Yellow Lotus" and the tropical variety "Pink Trumpet Creeper" introduced from Thailand, etc., are also common ingredients in our daily life, such as water caltrop, water celery, and lotus root grow freely. 🌺 I was so lucky to see a few white camellia japonicas, whose flower language is: ideal love ❤️. 🎫 Tickets: North Garden: CNY 15/person, North and South Garden Joint Ticket: CNY 45/person. 📍 Address: Inside Zhongshan Scenic Area, Xuanwu District.
