The Ritz-Carlton, Nanjing - I must stay here this year! I went to Nanjing to visit my family on the weekend and booked a night at The Ritz-Carlton, Nanjing. I used a room voucher for 75 nights + 1,000 points + a suite voucher to book. As expected, the suite was rejected, but it's understandable as the hotel is popular. I didn't have any special requests. The hotel provided welcome fruit and macarons, which were delicious. The location is great, right next to Deji Plaza. It's convenient for shopping and dining, and not far from the train station. The decoration is indeed luxurious, and you can tell that high-end materials were used. Breakfast and the lobby are on the 38th floor. Personally, I think it's average. There aren't many types of food, and the freshly squeezed juice is a bit watery. The duck blood vermicelli soup is a specialty. I really like the salted duck lion, but it's been out of stock for a long time. I bought a Confucius, which is also quite cute. When it's back in stock, I can buy it on the mini program. I had to have dinner at my relative's house that night, so I didn't buy the executive courtesy. I'll try it next time if I have the chance.
