When you meet the staff in the elevator, everyone nods and greets (although it's a bit troublesome to transfer elevators). Let's talk about dining. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing memorable, I only remember that the chicken was quite tasty and the view was not bad. We were always sleeping in the executive lounge, so we never went there... I regret it a bit, I feel it would have been nice... 🌱Room The room is really very, very comfortable. The suite is very spacious, including a cloakroom, living room, two bathrooms, and the room has full floor-to-ceiling windows with excellent lighting. The pillows are also very comfortable. I originally planned to go out that day but ended up sleeping until four in the afternoon... However, the location of the bathtub is a bit strange, so I didn't take a bath. The toiletries were average. There is a turndown service. The room as a whole is really comfortable. I really wish I could live in this suite for ten thousand years. The welcome fruit was also nice, very fresh. When checking out, the front desk will call someone to help carry the luggage. In short, at Kempinski, I never had to touch my luggage, not even a plastic bag. The service and room comfort are definitely worth a try.
