There was no prior phone communication before check in, and there were no concierge staff at the hotel entrance to greet guests or help with luggage 🧳. It seems that the operator has reduced staffing. Rooms 🏠 I stayed in a 40th-floor river view room with a king-size bed, approx. 36 square meters, with a huge floor-to-ceiling window 🪟, sofa 🛋️, desk, and small side table. The minibar is not complimentary, and the bottled water is Chunshui Le (unlimited).
